    All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or animal consumption, and no therapeutic, diagnostic, or dosing claims are made. You must be 18 or older to order.
  3. 03How fast do you ship?
    Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day, 2-day express, in plain unbranded packaging. Free 2-day on orders over $200; a flat rate applies below that.
  4. 04How is my order packaged?
    Plain unbranded outer packaging with no product names on the outside. Lyophilised vials are stable in transit; store per your research protocol on arrival.
  5. 05What if my order arrives damaged?
    Email us within seven days with photos and your order number. Damage that clearly occurred in transit is replaced at our discretion. The returns policy has the detail.
  6. 06Where does it ship from, and who tests it?
    Orders ship domestically from a US fulfilment partner, which is why they arrive in days. Testing is done in the United States by an independent third-party lab, and the certificate for your lot is filed under its batch number.
